My name is Anna and welcome to Culture Longevity!
This is the place to go to find inspiration about all the things that matter.
I’m so fascinated by the concept of longevity. Particularly about how and why it is that some people live longer and healthier lives than others. This unusual obsession (bearing in mind I’m in my mid 20s) has led me to read countless of books and academic articles, visit hundreds of credible websites and just become so much more aware of the elderly people I come across. Every time I’d see an advanced aged, healthy and feisty grandma I would automatically start scanning for any particular characteristics that she might be exhibiting that contribute to her health at such an old age. Weirdooo, I know! But hey on the plus side, over the years I’ve become pretty good at spotting certain traits, mind-sets and behaviours that I believe are directly linked to that long, healthy and fulfilling life that those cute grandmas are living.
Don’t get me wrong, this blog isn’t for the elderly, quite the opposite, it’s for the young who want that inner zest for life, that glow of health and that depth of meaning. It’s for those who want to be young and stay young.
Join me, in my quest to discover how to live, how to think and how to love so that we can live a healthy, long and fulfilling life!
Like Ashley Montagu says “The idea is to die young, as late as possible!”
